Using the Portal


Here we will show you how to use the Portal to make secure payments, store a payment method, edit your profile, view invoices and transaction history.

 Invoices

You can now log in to the Portal and view your open invoices, invoice status, balance amount, and can also select to make a payment. Also displayed is the date the invoice was created along with the invoice status. You can view the full invoice by simply clicking on the invoice number.

When an invoice is selected for payment, the total amount will be displayed and can be immediately paid using a saved method of payment or by adding a new one, such as a debit or credit card.


History

In this tab you can search and view your payment history, such as paid invoices. You can also send receipts to your email for record keeping.


Profile

On this tab you can edit your personal information.

Note: If you would like to change the information (address, phone, etc) on your Hercules Sealcoat credit account, please resubmit the credit form instead.


Vault

The Vault is where you can edit, delete, or add a payment methods. You can also decide when to run auto pay, either on the Create Date or Due Date of the invoice.

Note: Ask us about enabling auto pay for your account.
